I've been in the hard parts. That's the point.

Most advisors are trained in frameworks. I've lived them — as a research scientist, a federal program executive leading large-scale organizational change, and a leadership development practitioner who has worked directly with thousands of senior leaders across industries.

I built Hard Knox Life Advisory because I kept watching accomplished leaders hit the same wall: they'd built something real, something that worked, and then growth — or transition, or team misalignment, or a new market — exposed every structural gap they'd been outrunning. And they were trying to navigate it alone, with advisors who had never actually been in the work.

I don't carry more clients than I can do justice. When I take on an engagement, it gets my full attention. That's the model. It's not scalable in the traditional sense — and that's intentional.
